Q. What is Afterpay?
A. Afterpay is a digital payment service that allows you to enjoy what you want now and pay for it in four equal payments without any interest fees.
Q. How do I use Afterpay?
A. Just shop prettypokets.com and follow the normal checkout process. When you get to the “Payment Method” choose Afterpay. You will be redirected to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log in to your Afterpay account. So easy, right?!
Please note, to use Afterpay, your minimum order total must be $35 with a maximum of $1000.

Q. Is Afterpay available for international customers?
A. At this time, Afterpay is only available to customers with a US billing address.
Q. Is there a cost for using Afterpay?
A. Afterpay is a free service offered by retailers to shoppers - there are no upfront fees charged nor any interest incurred.
The only fees that may be incurred by shoppers are late fees. (see below for details on missed payments).
Q. How does the Afterpay payment schedule work?
A. All Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks in equal installments from your selected payment method.
If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early. Afterpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.
You can log in to your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

Q. What if I cannot pay an Afterpay installment payment?
A. If funds are not available at the time the automatic payment is due, you will be charged an $8 late payment fee by Afterpay. An additional $8 fee will be charged if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. Late fees can be applied up to three times for 3 missed payments, but the late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order.

Q. When can I expect my Pretty Pokets delivery if I use Afterpay?
A. Like any Pretty Pokets order, Afterpay orders are delivered within our standard shipping timeframes. For more details visit our Shipping Information page.
Q. What items are not eligible for Afterpay?
A. Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards or e-gift cards. If your order contains gift cards and other eligible products, you will need to purchase your gift cards separately.
Q. Can I still return for a refund if I purchased with Afterpay?
A. Of course! Afterpay returns follow our standard return process. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange for a refund by following our refund policy. Click to learn more about Return Policy. Upon receipt of your return, Afterpay will be notified and refund payment accordingly.
**Please remember that you will want to stay current on all of your payments to avoid a late fee during the return process. Returns for refund can take up to 5 weeks to process. Pretty Pokets will notify Afterpay that the device has been returned. Afterpay is responsible for processing all refunds.
