SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
- Your orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. All bags & accessories are shipped from Cary, North Carolina, USA.
- The cut-off time to ship orders on the same day is 12:00 PM PST.
- Once shipped, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 1-7 business days depending on the shipping carrier
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Friday are shipped on Monday.
- FREE CONTIGUOUS US SHIPPING on orders of $100+.
- Shipping costs depend on weight, dimensions, shipment speed, and final destination. Final costs will be determined during checkout.
- Currently, we only ship within the U.S & Canada. Please email us at hello@prettypokets.com for further questions.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
- Products purchased on https://prettypokets.com may be returned for a refund or exchanged for a product of equal or lesser cost within 30 days of the date of your purchase. In order to receive your refund or exchange, you must first email hello@prettypokets.com to notify and to state the reason for your return. Please include your name, address, phone number and “customer Order number” which can be found on your order confirmation email. No refund or exchange will be made without prior notification.
- Include your “customer order number” in your return package. We do not pay for returned shipping. Please return the product to us through a delivery service that provides a tracking number and/or signature for verification of receipt (i.e. FedEx, UPS or USPS registered mail). We highly recommend that you insure the package. We are not responsible for packages returned without a tracking number. We request that you use the original package(more details below).
- Your return package must be received by Pretty Pokets within the 7 days from initial request to return the item. We will provide you the return address once you email us. If you have any questions related to return shipping address, please contact our customer support at hello@prettypokets.com.
- All returns must include the “customer receipt number(your order number)”. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
- All purchases on FINAL SALE items which are marked as FINAL SALE are FINAL SALE items. We do add a text in Red Color if the Sales are final. FINAL Sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged unless there is damage to an item or an incorrect item was received. Please note, Discounted Sales(not the final sale items) can still be returned for reasons you do not wish to keep the product.
PACKAGING & SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
- Your Pretty Pokets products must be returned in its original condition, unused and include all packaging and all parts; shoulder strap, changing pad, dust bag, and any other parts if Included.
- We kindly request not to squish the bag and request you to place it back in the original packaging box that you might have received.
- Please note that any returns without proper care will result in not being refunded.
- Include a copy of your paid receipt and contact information.
- Initial shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Shipping fees for all returns and exchanges are at the expense of the customer. All postage must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. (cash on delivery) returns.
CANADA RETURN POLICY
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We do require a $10 restocking fee on all returned or exchanged items from Canada. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or billed separately.
All Canadian returns and exchanges must first be authorized by our customer service team. Please contact us at hello@prettypokets.com to request a return authorization.
